Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Alomnd) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Cera Alba (Beeswax ), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower oil, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha Arvensis (Peppermint) Leaf Oil , Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Bark Oil.
Feet – for best results remove as much dead skin as possible using a file or pumice stone before application. Apply in the evening before bed. Apply a small amount of balm on to your feet using the spatula provided. The balm turns in to an oil so a little goes a long way! You can always apply a little more if required. Massage the balm in to the feet and allow the oil to soak in to the skin. Remember that oils can make your feet slippery so please use with caution.

Hands – apply a small amount of balm on to your hands using the spatula provided. The balm turns in to an oil so a little goes a long way! Massage the balm in to your hands and allow the oil to soak in to the skin. Use as often as required to give your hands a treat!

Storage

Please keep your balm at room temperature (do not put me in the fridge) and out of direct sunlight.
